Carolyn Lynn Weeks

Carolyn Lynn Weeks passed away quietly on July 19, 2016 following a lengthy illness in Mesquite, NV. Carolyn was born on December 18, 1954 in Casper, WY to Delwin and Arlene Riley Weeks.

Carolyn was raised in Casper, WY, and later moved to Rifle, CO where she graduated from High School in 1973. She followed her parents to Rapid City, SD. She later furthered her education at BYU in Provo, UT. She made her home in Salt Lake City being employed by Facet, Purolator, Huish, and Boise Cascade. She worked as a Union Representative for Boise Cascade. Carolyn moved to Grand Junction, CO, lived there four years before moving to Mesquite, NV.

Carolyn loved painting and drawing, and leather tooling. Using these talents, she went back to school to become a Graphic Designer. Her passions were driving, cheering on the Denver Broncos, listening to Country music, new cars, and especially working in her yard. Her favorite flowers were roses.

Carolyn is survived by her parents Delwin Eugene and Della Arlene Riley Weeks; her sister Connie Renee Weeks Hammon; her two brothers Delwin Randahl Weeks (Helen) of Seattle, WA and Douglas Andrew Weeks (Anne) of Torrington, WY; and lots of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents Roscoe and Della Todd Riley and Samuel Erwin and Ellen Coleman Weeks.

The family will be holding Memorial services at a later date. The family invites you to leave a message or memory in their "Guest Book".
