Carol Lee Trimble, age 75, died Wednesday July 27, 2022 at her home in Mesquite, Nevada., surrounded by her loved ones. She was born May 11, 1947 in San Diego, California to Wallace Legrand Sr. and Donna Marion Cooley Mathews. On April 1, 2005 she married William Henry Trimble in Kingman, Arizona. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, William Henry Trimble.
Carol grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah. After raising her family in Salt Lake City, Utah, she relocated to Mesquite, Nevada in 1996. Carol loved to play bingo with her friends and family. She enjoyed handicrafts like knitting and crocheting, playing family games and spending time with her family, She will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend.
Survivors include one son and two daughters: Paul Parsons; Daphne Smith both of Mesquite, NV; Katy Collier of San Antonio, TX; nine grandchildren; five great grandchildren; two brothers and five sisters: Joy Williams of Roanoke, TX; Kathy Hamberlin of Tooele, Utah, Raina (Daryl) Mann of West Valley City, UT; Valerie (Frederik) Overdiek of West Jordan, UT; Wallace Jr. (Robyn) Mathews of West Jordan, UT; Jeffey (Kellie) Mathews of West Jordan, UT and Keri Mathews of WY.
A Visitation will be Thursday, August 11, 2022 from 10:00 - 10:45 a.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Whipple Chapel with services following at 11 a.m. Graveside services will be held Thursday August 11, 2022 at 1 pm. in the Beaver Dam Cemetery, Beaver Dam, Arizona.
