Cari Anne (Carpentier) Walter

Cari Anne Carpentier Walter, age 53, died Thursday, July 4, 2024 at her home in Overton, Nevada.  She was born July 11, 1970 in Minneapolis, Minnesota to Dennis Patrick and Constance Kucheman Carpentier.  On May 8, 2002 she married Vance Edwin Millhouse Walter in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Cari lived in Minnesota for two years before her family moved to Las Vegas, Nevada where she graduated from Western High School.  She raised her family in Las Vegas before moving out to Moapa Valley in 2012.  She loved dressing up, having her hair and nails done, but she also loved being in the desert, rock hounding and riding ATV’s.  She was a talented artist and enjoyed several mediums including oils and acrylics.  She was a great friend, kind to everyone.  She loved her children and her husband.  She tried to give them all of her love.

Survivors include her husband, Vance; her son, Ocean Patrick; her daughter, Journi Jewell all of Overton, NV and her sister, Kim (John) Santasteven of Las Vegas.  She was preceded in death by one brother, Doug and her parents.

Memorial Services will be held Friday, July 19, 2024 at 6 p.m. at the Moapa Valley Mortuary, 5090 N. Moapa Valley Blvd., Logandale, Nevada.  Friends and family are invited to sign our online guest book at www.moapavalleymortuary.com
