Betty-Jo Blank, age 78, passed away on Saturday, July 23, 2022.
She was born on December 18, 1943 to Albert and Mary Jane ValDez, in Rock Springs, Wyoming.
She was raised in Bountiful, Utah.  Betty-Jo graduated from Bountiful High School in 1962.  She married W. Adrian Blank in 1964 at the Cathedral of the Madeleine, in Salt Lake City, Utah. They had 2 children, then moved to Orange California, where they raised their family.
She worked in medical administration for most of her life. She enjoyed cooking, bowling, and raising her children.
Betty-Jo is survived by her sister Edith Sutter of Overton, NV, her brother James (Lorrie) ValDez of Thatcher, UT, her children: Michelle (Neil) Pedersen of Providence, UT, and Sterling Blank of Bastrop, TX, her grandchildren: MacKenzie Poppleton, Graham Burrus and Milo Pedersen and several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her father, Albert ValDez Sr.; her mother, Mary Jane ValDez, her husband, W. Adrian Blank and her brother, Albert ValDez, Jr.
There will be a graveside service in Laramie, Wyoming at a later date.
