Austin James Eide, age 23, died at his home on Friday, August 13, 2013. He was born September 26, 1989 in St. George, Utah to Richard Joseph "Rik and Carol Ann Hardy Eide. Austin lived most of his life in Logandale, Nevada. He graduated from Moapa Valley High School. Throughout his life he loved working with his Grandpa Hardy on the family farm. He enjoyed team roping and being with friends. He performed quiet acts of service for many friends and family. Survivors include his parents, Rik and Carol of Logandale; his siblings, Michael (Whitney)and their son Wyatt of LasVegas, NV; Alyssa of Cedar City, UT; Mitchell (Baylee) and Maylee all of Logandale, NV; grandmother, and grandparents, Glen and Shirley Hardy of Logandale, Nevada. Funeral services will be held Friday, August 16, 2013 at 5 p.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Logandale Stake Center. Visitation will be from 3:30 - 4:30 prior to services at the chapel. Interment will follow in the Logandale Cemetery.
