Ashley Michelle Piena
August 20, 1990 — August 7, 2016
Ashley Michelle Brandt Piena (25), passed away on August 7, 2016 in a tragic car accident on her way home from a family vacation. On February 14, 2015, she married Kekoa Piena in the Las Vegas Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for time and all eternity.
Ashley was born August 20, 1990 in Sandy, Utah and was the daughter of Michael Robert and Joy Lee Tebbs Brandt. She graduated from Evans Hairstyling College in 2010. She was employed at Exclaimations Salon in Henderson, Nevada for 6 years. She will be remembered for her smile and contagious laughter, and her unconditional love for her husband. Ashley embraced and was embraced by all.
Ashley is survived by her husband, Kekoa Piena, as well as, her mother, Joy and siblings: Stephen Tarr, Bryan Tarr, Danielle Noel and Courtney Bennett. She was a loving aunt to Marleigh and Adalynn Tarr, Preston, Hunter, and Greyson Noel and Easton Cram, Jett Lasike, Caleb Bell.
The funeral service will be held on August 13, 2016 at 10 a.m. at the Robindale LDS Church, 7670 S. Bruce St., Las Vegas, NV. Visitation will be Friday, August 12, 2016 from 6 - 9 p.m. at the chapel.
