Alma Jeniece (Robbins) Tallman

July 8, 1940 — April 1, 2017

Alma Jeniece Tallman, 76, passed away on April 1, 2017 in St. George, UT. Jen was born in Sebastian, TX on July 8, 1940 to Eldon and Dolly Robbins. She married Ed Tallman on January 31, 1975 in San Antonio, TX.

Jen was a loving, caring, comforting, and a hilarious mother. She loved being around people, entertaining and making them laugh.    She loved going to casinos with her friends and having fun. She was adventurous and loved to explore her world. Jen was always upbeat and smiling. She saw only the good in everyone and was quick to help friends in need.

Jen is survived by her daughters; Kathleen Tallman of Hondo, TX and Laura Tallman Westerman (Mark) of Victoria, TX, her sister-in-law; Kathy Robbins of San Angelo, TX, her niece; Debi Guthals of San Angelo, TX, her nephew Mike Robbins (Irene) of Lytle, TX, her five grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, and many cousins. Jen is preceded in death by her beloved husband; Ed Tallman, her parents, and her brother Dale Robbins.

The family is especially grateful to special friends Monica Ellquist, Frank Grucelski, Bob Peterson and Laurraine McCall, who were always there to help when she needed them. They are truly Angels on Earth and we will be forever grateful for the love and care you showed our Mom/Alma/Jen.

A Celebration of Life will be announced for a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a donation to your favorite charity in her honor. The family invites you to leave a message on their “Guest Book” at www.virginvalleymortuary.com.
