Alice Patricia (Pat) Manley Truman, of Las Vegas, Nevada passed away Saturday, October 9, 2021. Pat was born in Ogden, Utah, on February 1, 1936, to Myron and Alice Manley and was raised in Sparks, Nevada. Upon graduating from Sparks High School, Pat attended Brigham Young University. Pat was married to Richard Truman in the St. George, Utah Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. They were the parents of three children; Tamara Felton (Steve), Mitchell “Mo” Truman (Kathy), Hilary Clark (Karl), all of Las Vegas. Pat is preceded in death by her parents, husband, and brother Myron B. Manley. She is survived by 3 children, 8 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren.
Pat was always an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and diligently served in many callings over the years. Once her children were in school Pat completed her teaching degree from UNLV. She taught for the Clark County School District for 20 years.
A visitation will be held Saturday, October 23, 2021 from 2 - 2:45 p.m. at the Moapa Valley Mortuary, 5090 N. Moapa Valley Blvd., Logandale, NV. Graveside services will follow at 3 p.m. in the Logandale Cemetery, Logandale, Nevada. Friends and family are invited to sign our online guest book at www.moapavalleymortuary.com
